As displayed by the breadth of the AAA-ICDR’s work and the global reach of its services, we recognize the importance and contribution of a diverse workforce and are committed to respecting and increasing diversity.
The organization expects and demands impartial and fair treatment of all people with whom we come in contact, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, age, religion, sexual orientation, or other characterization.
The AAA Diversity Committee coordinates diversity events, promotes diversity within the organization, and builds relationships with external organizations. The company-wide training curriculum develops a greater comprehension of diversity and inclusion.
In 2009, the AAA created the AAA A. Leon Higginbotham, Jr. Fellows Program to provide training, mentorship, and networking opportunities to up-and-coming diverse ADR professionals who historically have not been included in meaningful participation in the field of alternative dispute resolution.
